What the desk cannot do

ATLAS is a publication, not a law practice. The desk cannot:

• answer a question about your specific legal situation;
• review documents, filings, contracts, or notices;
• tell you whether you qualify for anything, or what a decision-maker will do;
• represent you, appear for you, or accept a case;
• recommend, match, or refer you to an attorney;
• help with an emergency. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Messages asking for advice receive a pointer to this page. That is not indifference — answering would mean practicing law without a licence and without knowing your facts, which would harm the person asking.

No contact form, no phone, no address

This site runs no server-side code and stores no submissions, so a form would collect nothing and promise something untrue. There is no published phone number and no office address, because there is no office — and inventing one to look established is precisely the kind of signal this publication refuses to fabricate.

The address above is the publication's proposed editorial contact. Whether it is live depends on the owner's mail configuration; this is flagged for confirmation in the deployment notes shipped with the site.
