We publish under an organizational byline deliberately: there are no invented authors here, no fabricated credentials, and no claim that an attorney has reviewed a specific page unless that is separately and truthfully stated.

What the desk does is narrow and concrete. It reads primary law — statutes, regulations, agency instructions, court rules and decisions — and converts it into structured briefs that name the process, the controlling variables, and the evidence that matters.
